Before setting up Prime Place Sebastian has been working for the past twelve years in asset management of shipping containers specialising in leasing and sales. During his career in asset management he gained the transferable skills of core competencies in client care, contract negotiation, communication, data management, time management and team working. Over the past decade Sebastian has travelled the world visiting clients and communicating with a wide variety of cultures. With such an international business environment he has been fortune to have lived in London, Stockholm, Singapore, Jersey (Channel Islands) and Singapore for a second time. The early days of his property career began in London's prime residential property market having three and a half years’ experience after graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. Sebastian's underlining long term passion for property was the catalyst to change career path and return back to the real estate industry. He recently enhanced his skills having completed the RICS Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and he is currently enrolled with the RICS to join as an Associate Member.
